Return & Exchange Terms
At 10CO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
Most of our products are priced around $10, but our goal is to bring you great everyday essentials — not hassle.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as personal care items, undergarments, and food-contact items) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To start a return, please email support@shop10co.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different color or size, as long as stock is available.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
